Well, What about ISRV??

Well a little about myself and our philosophies behind InterService Computers.

Hello and Welcome to ISRV.
My Name is Darrell Francisco and I welcome you to ISRV.
As my Customers know, We have always strived to make ISRV customers feel like friends, Not just a customer on the other end of a phone-line. I know most of my customers by their first names and treat them with the respect and understanding they deserve.  If you as a user have ever talked to me or Val on the phone, you know what I'm talking about!

Yes as the Owners of this company, We speak to our customers, and sometimes at great lengths to resolve or just explain any issues they want to talk about, or have with ISRV as a friend. I feel that we as the owners need to have a good friendly relationship with your customers.

Problem solving is why Val and I are here, and I have picked the best people for their positions :).

We at InterService Computers Strive to keep down time to a Minimum, We have redundant servers and our equipment is serviced regularly, But with all related Internet issues or even in everyday issues, equipment will fail. We have no control over outside internet issues such as fiber cuts, backbone problems, or other servers on the Internet failing. The fact of the matter is if it is man made sooner or later something will fail. As you know or may not know in this type of business or any other business you will never make 100% of your customers happy. But that's Business.
The Best we can try for is to Please you as a customer, and achieve satisfaction with any issue or issues you may have!
This is the only way to run a company, No matter how big your customer base is, be it One Hundred or Ten  Million.

About the Company.

Before I bought this Company I was a customer myself,  so I know the Pit falls a user may encounter.
In 1996 I bought this company. At that point in time the dialup access was 28.8,and was run off a 56k Dedicated Frame Relay.
Pricing for a single dialup at that time was at $21.95 per month per user.
Since then many many Changes have Occurred.

ISRV was the first Locally Owned Internet Provider in Butler in 1995.
ISRV Has been listed in the Pittsburgh Business Gazette as one of top Internet Providers in Western Pa.

ISRV was the First company to introduce 56k technology into the city of Butler and surrounding areas, When most ISP's in this area said it was not possible or feasible, Due to Phone Line conditions.

ISRV has always tried to Integrate new technologies as they become available, and at a cost effective price, if the technology is not cost effective to the customer, we will not offer it till it becomes cost effective.

We at ISRV want to satisfy the user with the best possible service in this area as well as all over the country with our service; That is the goal here at InterService Computers. We at ISRV hope to supply you with 100% of your needs.

Thank you Darrell & Val
