User Billing Policies.

Terms of Payment

Payment is due for your account on the 10th of the month if payment has not been received by this date a $5.00 Late fee will be accessed to your account or accounts. If Payment has not been received by the 24th in full, your account will be terminated from our system.
If a customer is consistently Late on their payments you will be ask to pay one month in advance.
If any outstanding moneys are left on your balance it will be turned into the magistrate for collections after 60 days.
If you should wish to reactivate your account or accounts a $10.00 setup fee will be required.
As well as any back balance to bring your account current.

A credit card User agrees to allow "ISRV" to bill his or her card on each successive billing date without obtaining User's permission after the initial charge. A credit card User shall notify ISRV of any changes in credit card number or expiration date. If the card is not honored for any reason, ISRV will attempt to notify the card holder by using the telephone information given at sign-up or by E-mail. ISRV will call the card holder, and if alternative billing has not been established, the account will be terminated.
Restoring the account will be subject to a setup fee of $10.00. As well as any back balance to bring your account current.

If payment is by check, payment due dates are indicated on User's invoice. If payment has not been received by the 10th of the month the account is subject to a $5.00 late fee. Dishonored checks are subject to a collection fee of $25.00. User's account will be suspended until the account is current unless other payment arrangements have been made prior. If payment is not received , service will be terminated sometime on the 24th of that month and a late fee of $5.00 will be added as well as a setup fee of $10.00. As well as any back balance to bring your account current. If any outstanding moneys are left on your balance it will be turned into the magistrate for collections after 60 days.

ISRV maintains the right to terminate Service for any unpaid subscriptions. Accounts in default are subject to an interest charge of 2.5% per month on the outstanding balance. Termination of Service shall not relieve Users from the obligation to satisfy outstanding invoices. In the event ISRV utilizes an attorney to collect any unpaid amounts, User shall be responsible for the payment of all of ISRV's attorneys' fees and costs in the collection of these sums.

ISRV reserves the right to change prices at any time without prior notice to it's customers or the public. Price changes will not be retroactive for existing customers, regardless of the length of their existing service subscription.

Right to Cancel

ISRV reserves the right to cancel Service for any reason without prior notice. Pre-paid service is non-refundable. ISRV will not refund any shipping or handling fees. Cancellations after the first of the month will be charged for that month, as well as the switch to any other provider.

User must notify ISRV via telephone or in writing not email to cancel Service. Cancellations shall not be honored by electronic mail.
Fees for any setup, shipping and handling, and monthly service charges placed by ISRV are non-refundable.
