The
reason the access numbers had to be changed was, it was arranged for Sprint to
move our old access numbers to the new lines and then in the middle of the
move they said they could not do it by the time due.
To avoid any further delay it was decided to assign a new access number
to the lines from Penn Tele. The
431 prefix is the new Butler prefix from Pen Tele and should have the same
calling area as the old 287. As
before ISRV will not be responsible for any toll charges incurred by a
customer. It is the
responsibility of the customer to find out there local calling area.
